Refund & Return Policies
Please keep in mind that each order is made on-demand. We take pride in making sure your purchase is as perfect as it can be. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Because each order is made especially for you, we do not offer exchanges. We cannot process size error exchanges or returns, so please be careful when choosing your size.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you notice any issue with the products or anything else on the order, our team will look into the order. So please share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue. Please submit a problem report to Sales@themgpshop.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. We’ll be happy to assist and reship the product for you. The report will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund and/or reshipment will not be possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
